Hiring a Project coordinator for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating programme and PMO activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Engage with stakeholders with the purpose of identifying and defining requirements.
- Break down projects/work streams and time management for the internal team, while using specific project tools.
- Constantly updating the project’s, vendor’s, and user’s need during the curse of the program.
- Oversee program and PMO documentation.
- Perform a risk analysis for the given projects.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Experience with preparation and interpretation of flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
