Hiring a Project coordinator for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating programme and PMO activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Engage with stakeholders with the purpose of identifying and defining requirements.
  • Break down projects/work streams and time management for the internal team, while using specific project tools.
  • Constantly updating the project’s, vendor’s, and user’s need during the curse of the program.
  • Oversee program and PMO documentation.
  • Perform a risk analysis for the given projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Experience with preparation and interpretation of flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
