Hiring an Operations Assistant for Abu Dhabi.
- Assists with project communication and documentation regarding status of projects.
- Assists with management of support renewals and follow up with clients relating to operation issue.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
- Planning, calendaring and organizing.
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
- One to three years of experience in administrative support functions.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
