Description
Hiring a Junior Accountant for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing sales quotations, invoices, receipts and updating the same in the accounting system.
- Ability to liaise, co-ordinate and communicate effectively with all company departments as well as internal and external parties.
- Review and process reimbursements.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare payments for processing and posting the same in the system.
- Prepare the weekly update for all receivables.
- Reconcile all bank payments and submit the reconciliation for approval.
- Coordinate relevant financial transactions and other financial activities including the processing of purchase orders and the payment of invoices.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports.
Key Requirements:
- BSc degree in Finance / Accounting.
- Proven work experience in the Accounting field.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English – written and spoken.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
