Hiring a Customer Service Supervisor for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate customer support teams.
  • Improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards and set clear and actionable goals for support teams.
  • Improve employee recruitment and appraisals to recruit better staff.
  • Cross functional collaboration to resolve issues.
  • Conduct a quality assurance survey with customers to provide feedback to employees.
  • Build a customer-centric culture.
  • Plan and improve the training process.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and performance evaluations of team members.
  • Aid the employees in keeping stress levels low and productivity high.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Four years experience as customer service supervisor.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent computer knowledge.
