Hiring a Customer service executive for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a close relationship with clients and understanding their needs and/or concerns.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhancing customer support
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Supporting clients in line with our policies and procedures.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Liaising internally with our sales and service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to management.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate Degree.
- Previous experience as a Customer service executive.
- Professional demeanor and attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm, focused, polite and helpful.
